Orders, Shipping and Delivery

In 24 business hours, we are trying to make sure that orders are dispatched. When all products are made available, orders comprising of a back-order material will be delivered as a full order. Over the weekends, times may vary. The order is processed on the next business day after 12:00 p.m. on the date of receipt of the order. Upon 3:00 p.m. CT for USPS Saturday or Sunday CT or the equivalent carrier

Please check the items in your shopping cart before placing an order, as an order marked ‘ shipped ‘ can not be canceled.

Orders eligible for free delivery will be shipped via USPS or UPS at the discretion of Venyn. Write an email to [email protected], as soon as the order has been placed, to speed up distribution at the cost of the client.

They sell across the United States, as well as New Mexico and Indiana. At the moment, international orders are not doable.

Carriers

UPS is to be used for all addresses in the United States. It will be eligible for distribution through UPS Ground and UPS Priority Mail. There may be restrictions when a broad order is given. In case of questions, please email [email protected]. We offer free shipping for all orders.

Delivery

One of the following options will be available during the check-out of your orders: 

  • USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days. The transit times are different based on the zip code.
  • UPS Ground: 2-4 working days. The travel times are different depending on the zip code.

The time it takes to deliver the order would rely on the time of year, the carrier, the store scope, and so on.

Missing shipments

If your shipment is lost in an unfortunate event, please use these tips when dealing with the following situation:

  1. Check for a note: if the delivery man tried to deliver the shipment, a message would have been left for you.
  2. In consideration of the risk of having the wrong address, please check the address you provided for errors.
  3. Chat with your neighbors: ask your friends and neighbors if the package has been sent to your local home.
  4. Check at your surroundings: the shipment may have been dropped in your mailbox or by the side door instead of delivering to the front door.
  5. Another day: alerts to the arrival will be sent periodically several times a day before the actual delivery.
